Our MissionPi Systems LLC mission is to bring excellence in IT support. In providing desktop support or designing and running you structure or Plant cabling our commitment to the customer is our priority.
Company ProfilePi Systems experience in the industry began in 1993 with Johnson and Johnson Medical we implement and manage a nationwide Help Desk Support Center and supported all cable infrastructures. For the next 5 years, Pi Systems successfully maintained the IT Help Desk and Onsite Break/Fix support for J & J’s 1000+ users in 4 locations worldwide. In 1995, Fujitsu ICL selected Pi Systems as their Nationwide Rollout and Field Services partner for their many product lines. Hundreds of projects completed by Pi Systems over the last 12 years have included Y2K upgrades, technology refresh projects, implementation of inventory control systems, installation of POS systems, cabling and onsite field support. Pi Systems was awarded the Dallas County 3 year cabling Contract in 2008 and has just started its second year.

Officer Profiles Sabrina Andrews Turner President: Sabrina began working full time with Pi Systems in 1998. Sabrina started her career with Pi as a Hardware and Software Technician, leading the majority of projects for Fujitsu Nationwide. After several years in the field Sabrina went on to handle Technical Sales and took over for her father, Richard, in 2004. Sabrina has over 9 years of experience in Networking, Desktop Hardware and Software Support as well as over 4 years of Management dealing with Staff and Business Operations. Richard Andrews: Director IT Services After 17 years managing IT Field Support for TRW, Richard started Pi Systems in 1989 by selling PC components at the Sidewalk sale in Dallas. As Richard’s client base and reputation grew, so did his ideas of where to take the company. Richard has spearheaded all major contracts won by Pi Systems and has been key in the hiring, strategic development and implementation of each contract. From Nationwide Help Desk call centers to onsite Desktop support, Richard has guaranteed that Pi Systems has the experience and knowledge to handle and improve any sized IT Desktop Support and Break/Fix project.
Richard W. Beebe: Richard, known as Dick, was introduced to Pi Systems during the 7 years Pi Systems handled Tarrant County’s Desktop Support. In 2004, Tarrant County decided to take their IT support in-house. Dick retired that same year and soon joined Pi Systems as an IT Consultant for various projects. Dick’s 31 years handling numerous Data and Communication Infrastructure roll-outs for Tarrant County give him unique and vast insight and knowledge on the inner workings of County Government as well as the vision to continually advance with technology.
